Final Conference successfully held on 26/10/2018 in Brussels!

The project partners demonstrated how the ST4RT project achieved ontology-based transformations between different standards and protocols, resulting in enhanced semantic interoperability between disparate, heterogeneous legacy systems. For more details on the ST4RT presentation click HERE.

Paper Submitted for ISWC 2018

Paper making reference to ST4RT developments was submitted for the 17th International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC 2018). Click HERE to read the full paper and HERE to view the poster that was shown during the conference.

Registration now open for the Final Conference!

Register HERE for securing your place at the final conference scheduled on the 26th October 2018 between 09:00 - 18:00. The event will take place at “The Square Brussels Centre” (rue Mont des Arts, 1000 Brussels). Registrations will close on the 22nd October. The detailed agenda will be available at the beginning of October.

ST4RT presented during TRA2018!

ST4RT submitted one paper for the 7th Transport Research Arena event, which took place in Vienna from 16-19 April 2018. The paper was presented as a podium presentation during the session on New Apps and New Mobility Services. The full presentation can be downloaded HERE.

ST4RT presented during Smart Rail Europe 2017

ST4RT was presented during the SmartRail Europe event, which is an annual show for railway infrastructure managers, train operating companies, system and data integrators and technology suppliers to create the digital railway of the future. This technology-focused congress was divided into three separate tracks to cover the major issues facing rail today: Smart Communications & Control Networks, Smart Journey, Smart Assets and Data Management. ST4RT presented during IRFC 2017

ST4RT was presented during the International Rail Forum & ?onference 2017, organised by Oltis Group. The conference brought together over 230 participants to discuss on topics focused on Competitiveness and Cooperation, Digitalisation in Railway Transport, Interoperability – TAF/TAP TSI Implementation, Innovation – European Railway Research and Development, Integration (focusing on Central and Eastern Europe). The conference took place between the 21 – 24. March 2017 in Prague.

ST4RT presented at UIC Digital Day 2016

UIC organised a workshop on the 7th October 2016 at UIC Headquarters, focusing on the links between digitalisation on the one hand and freight & passenger services on the other. In this context, the ST4RT project was also presented. You can download the full presentation HERE.

ST4RT presented at the UITP Global Public Transport Summit in Montreal

The Global Public Transport Summit (GPTS), held on 15-17 May 2017, was an event covering all urban and regional transport modes. It combined a full programme of congress sessions with an exhibition of the latest solutions, innovations and products in public transport and urban mobility. Within the event, ST4RT has been presented and debated in the Academic Poster Session with the presentation on ‘Interoperability and governance of IT solutions for attractive railway and multimodal transport services: the point of view of EU research’. Project kick-off successfully held

The kick-off meeting of the ST4RT project was successfully held on the 29th November in Brussels, at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie, which was combined with the kick-off meeting of another Shift2Rail IP4 Open Call project: GoF4R.
